Hinton House Bed
Owner: Leeds City Council/Temple Newsam House.

Louis XVth Fauteille, stamped by Tilliard, c1760
Owner: Private client.
Lucky client owns one original Tilliard but would like a pair. Solution - I produce a full replica carved in walnut rather than the original beech.

Frame for miniature landscape.
Owner: private client.
Demonstrating three stages of production through bare carved mahogany and newly gilded to finished and toned.

Frame for portrait of Margaret Brooke, Lady Denham by Sir Peter Lely, c1664
Owner: Sheffield Galleries and Museums Trust.
I used Lime (Tilia vulgaris) as a base from which to carve this replica 'Lely' style frame, followed by traditional oil and water gilding. I sealed the new surface and applied removal toning to balance the surface with its newly conserved painting.
